Information about the launch of our Tenant Experience Survey for 2021/22.

We are delighted to advise that our ‘Digital’ Tenant Experience Survey for 2021/22 is now live. This year we have moved our survey online and can be completed by our tenants via SurveyMonkey.

Once a tenant has accessed the survey, they will be required to insert a unique survey reference number at the start of the survey, which has been sent to all our tenants by post.

Please note: If a tenant fails insert their unique reference number into the survey, they will not be entered into the prize draw and their response may not be taken into consideration by the Association.

On completion of the survey, tenants will be entered into a prize draw, with a chance to win one of SIX no. £50.00 prizes.
