NHA develops longer-term strategies for dealing with the continuing maintenance and upgrade priorities for its properties. It will also assess the condition of the housing stock and plan for the inevitable replacement/repair needs of the home in the medium to longer-term. The Association accepts that Planned Maintenance works are likely to be more disruptive to tenants and will endeavour to keep inconvenience of disturbance to a minimum.
NHA will consult with individual tenants as well as Residents or Tenants Associations when any such works are planned.
