Meet some of the new members of Our Team!
Below are some of the new members of Our Team who have joined us since October 2023.
Andrew Fleming – Assets Manager
Andrew joined Newington in November 2023. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in architectural technology & management and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Architectural Technology.
Andrew has previously worked within a private practice consultancy as well as for & with other Housing Associations over the past 10 years. He has experience in the design, site supervision and contract management of commercial and residential buildings.
Andrew is passionate about development, property assets & maintenance and is keen to develop improved working practices to deliver high quality housing for Newington tenants and the wider community.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with family and the outdoors.
Beth Titmus – Property Services Administrator
Beth joined Newington in December 2023 with a background in Social Housing. After her work experience and previous roles in housing, where she was able to give someone their first house this launched her interest in the social housing industry.
At Newington, Beth takes pride in helping tenants with their repair queries and with anything else she can help with.
Fintan Morris – Student Placement
Fintan joined the Association in October 2023. He is carrying out his student placement with Newington whilst studying Real Estate at Ulster University.
He has been gaining valuable experience as a member of the Assets Department within Newington and is very eager to learn as much as possible from the experienced staff that he is working alongside.
Fintan prides himself on his openness to help wherever necessary and tries to learn as much as possible about whatever jobs he has been assigned to work on.
Also, outside of work, Fintan enjoys sports, playing football for Ben Madigan FC as well as his newfound interest for Golf.
