Property Services Officer

Salary: NJC Scales 23-27 (£26,999 to £30,507)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Description:

Newington HA is seeking to recruit a full-time Property Services Officer to provide an efficient service to our busy Property Services Department.

Essential Criteria – Candidates must have:

  • You will possess a third level qualification (or equivalent) in a maintenance/building/construction related subject AND have two years’ experience (within the last five years) coordinating maintenance services within a property management environment.
  • Alternatively, if you do not have a degree but have 4 years’ experience (within the last seven years) coordinating maintenance services within property management environment should also apply.
  • Experience in providing high quality customer service
  • Computer literacy / use of IT systems including Microsoft Office.

Newington HA is seeking to recruit a full-time Development & Planned Maintenance Officer to provide an efficient service to our busy Property Services Department.

Essential Criteria: – Candidates must have:

  • You will possess a third level qualification (or equivalent) in a maintenance/building/construction related subject AND have two years’ experience (within the last five years) delivering new build housing.
  • Alternatively, if you do not have a degree HND/HNC Property related qualification or equivalent (or working towards this) and a minimum of three years relevant experience in the last 5 years of delivering new build housing.
  • Experience in providing high quality customer service.
  • Computer literacy / use of IT systems including Microsoft Office.
