NOTICE TO CONSULTANTS
Applications are invited from Consultants who wish to be considered for inclusion on a Select List of Consultants to be invited to tender for the following projects:
Design Team Services in relation to works (Planned or Cyclical) to be carried out in Housing Stock owned by Newington Housing Association.
Contract period of 2 years is programmed to commence in March 2023.
The estimated cost is £400,000 excluding VAT.
Consultants interested in tendering for the above contract to apply through eTendersNI method.
Completed PQQs with supporting documentation to be uploaded using the above method no later than 12.00 noon on 1st February 2023.
