Update to Tenants on our Planned Maintenance Programme for 2022/2023
The Association is progressing well with our planned & cyclical maintenance programme of works for 2022/23.
Please see below updates on some of the projects we have committed to undertake during 202/23:
- Replace existing windows and rear doors at one of our general need’s properties – works completed
- Servicing of our Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery systems fitted within some of our homes – works ongoing
- Replacement of 52 Kitchens – Contractor has been appointed and is due to commence installation of new kitchens from Jan. 2023
- Internal redecoration and replacement of flooring within Lisieux House and 232 Limestone Road – Contractor has been appointed and is due to commence works from Jan. 2023
- Lift refurbishment works at Camberwell Court and Richmond Lodge – Camberwell works completed & Richmond Lodge works ongoing
- Thermal Improvement works to one dwelling – Contractor has been appointed and is due to commence works from Jan. 2023
The Association is striving to have all the above works onsite or fully completed by the end of March 2023.
