Although, our office will be closed to members of the public, as in no ‘walk ins’ we are very much open to be contacted by phone or email. If you do need to contact us please do so by phone or email. We will provide updates for any changes in service on our website, Facebook page and Twitter. Current information and advice in relation Covid-19 is available on the NHS website at www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/
Anthony Kerr, Chief Executive commented:
“While I apologise for any inconvenience this will cause to all Newington tenants, I very much want to let everyone know they can contact any member of the Newington team by phone or email. This is a changing situation and we will continue to provide our normal repair service for as long as possible, but it may soon be necessary to reduce our service to emergency repairs only. We will advise you of this when you contact us to report a repair. We will also be carrying out enhanced risk assessments for repairs and we will ask if you are self-isolating. Please do not be offended if you are asked this, these are necessary precautions we need to take to protect tenants, our staff and our contractors.
In the meantime, we appreciated your cooperation and understanding during these times of uncertainty”
